I limit myself with 3-4 select clients that I work with on an exclusive basis, so that each one can receive my full attention. I don't have an assistant, or a transaction coordinator, but have a wonderful team of lenders, title reps, and escrows officers.This way each of my clients will receive my full attention. Limiting myself to a few clients allows me to provide excellent service which exceeds expectations.
