I first entered my journey into real estate in October of 1991, I have worked hard to understand the business including receiving an education from San Diego State University, continuing in Graduate School, and furthering my education with Real Estate and receiving many credentials to make me a strong negotiator, and understanding my clients needs. I understand that everyone is different and I have different approaches to many different situations, Now that the market is changing and slowing down it is important to know about your agent, and know if they are one to stay in the business for the long haul or when the going gets tough do they easily bail and move on.I build a lifetime relationship with my clients, they know they can always count on me, and I will be there. I have seen the market go up and down for over a decade and I do work differently than most agents because I honestly care about my clients and their needs. I limit myself with 3-4 select clients that I work with on an exclusive basis, so that each one can receive my full attention. I don't have an assistant, or a transaction coordinator, but have a wonderful team of lenders, title reps, and escrows officers.This way each of my clients will receive my full attention. Limiting myself to a few clients allows me to provide excellent service which exceeds expectations.
