   As most people know, buying a home could be a very stressful time, and I was not immune to these stresses. Relocating from Silicon Valley, I quick referenced the area and housing market by going online. The site that I used also conveniently supplied a realtor and better yet, if I used one of their(website host) realtors, I would be eligible for a substantial discount. Well, as with all things, if it seems too good to be true it usually is. My online realtor, though a nice guy, ended up wasting a lot of my time, depreciated my confidence and elevated my sense of unease with each incidence of incompetence.
